I am looking forward to tutoring your child! Please read through my terms and reach out if you have any questions.

For a short block of sessions (four or less sessions) and courses, I ask for payment in full up front.

For ongoing classes, I ask for payment immediately after each lesson. Alternatively, I can invoice you monthly.

If you are in the UK, I accept payment by BACS. If you are outside of the UK, I accept payment via PayPal and will send you instructions on how to do that.

Student Absences: Please let me know if you are unable to make a lesson with as much notice as possible. I am happy to work around holidays and vacations with advance notice. In the case of illness or emergency, please reach out when you are able to do so. I will aim to reschedule the lesson if possible. Cancellations without reason or notice will require payment.

Tutor Absences: If I am not able to offer a lesson at our scheduled date and time, I will offer reschedule or cancel the session at no charge. I will give you as much notice as possible on these occasions.
